Another healthy cookies diet for dogs.
1 cup oatmeal — uncooked
1/3 cup margarine
1 tablespoon beef bouillon granules
5 1/2 cups hot water
1 tablespoon garlic powder — optional
3/4 cup powdered milk
3/4 cup cornmeal
3 cups whole wheat flour
1 whole egg — beaten
